If you should decide to return your purchase:

If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees incurred to your markaz account.
If you changed your mind and wish to return your purchase, please visit one of our stores and receive your voucher for the value of  the purchased item.
Just make sure to contact us within 3 days from the day your order is delivered, and ensure that the item is in its original packaging, unworn/unused and in the same condition you received it.
