Payment Collection Service (Cash on Delivery):

COD (Cash on delivery) service is a service where the cost of shipped goods is collected from consignee at the time of delivery.

Aramex liability is 100 EGP per shipment in case of damaged or lost shipment.

In case the item you received is damaged or defective, you could return an item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact within 3 DAYS from the day your order is delivered. Please take a picture of the damage and forward it to 01002405857. You will be contacted by our team to arrange for the pickup. Please return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. After inspection and approval the value of the purchased item + will be added to your account for future purchases.

In case you receive a wrong item, we apologize that you received a wrong item. In the unusual circumstance where the item received is wrong, please contact us within 3 DAYS from the day your order is delivered. If item proven to be wrong we will arrange for the pickup. Please return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. The value of your purchased item + transportation cost will be added to your account to be used for other purchases.

We fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase. Typically, Courier representative will contact you within 3-5 days from the day of your request. However, it might sometimes take up to two weeks for a courier to collect the item.
