  • I received a defective/damaged item, can I get a refund? In case the item you received is damaged or defective, you could return an item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact within 3 DAYS from the day your order is delivered. Please take a picture of the damage and forward it to 01002405857. You will be contacted by our team to arrange for the pickup. Please return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. After inspection and approval the value of the purchased item will be added to your account for future purchases.
  • I received a wrong item, how can I return it? We apologize that you received a wrong item. In the unusual circumstance where the item received is wrong, please contact us within 3 DAYS from the day your order is delivered. If item proven to be wrong we will arrange for the pickup.
    Please return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. The value of your purchased item will be added to your account to be used for other purchases.
  • If you should decide to return your purchase, you can return it for and Voucher for the value of your purchased item Just make sure to contact us within 3 DAYS from the day your order is delivered, and ensure that the item is in its original packaging, unworn/unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • I have changed my mind; can I return what I have bought? Yes you can. We fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase. Just make sure to contact us within 3 DAYS from the day your order is delivered, and ensure that the item is in its original packaging, unworn/unused and in the same condition you received it.
    Please return you purchase to one of our stores. You will receive a voucher for the value of the purchased item.
  • How long does it take the courier to deliver my purchases? Typically, Courier representative will contact you within 3-5 days from the day of your request. However, it might sometimes take up to two weeks for a courier to collect the item.
  • Can I schedule time with the courier to deliver an item? At the moment, you will not be able to contact the courier company directly. However, once our courier representative contacts you to schedule the time for the delivery of your item, you may provide your preferred timings to them.
  • Can I return my item after 3 days? As per our Returns policy, you can return an item within 3 DAYS.
    There may be situations in which you were not able to return items within the 3 days, in such cases please contact us 02-27547026 or through the Contact Us page.
  • How can I receive refund to my credit card? Unfortunately we do not offer credit-card payments. This to be changed in the near future.
  • I paid through Cash on Delivery, how can I receive refund for an item? In case the item you received is damaged or defective, you could return an item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact within 3 DAYS from the day your order is delivered. Refunds on your purchase are done seamlessly after we receive the return item. Please return your purchase to one of our stores. You will receive a voucher for the value of the purchased item.
  • I lost the Original Packing in which I received the item, how can I still return it? We accept return of item only if it is in the original box and/or packaging intact with all labels and barcodes on it, however in this case, please contact us 02-275407026
  • Can I return an item through my courier company or personally drop it anywhere? Please contact us within 3 DAYS from the day your order is delivered. You are free to use your courier company to return your purchase. We accept return of item only if it is in the original box and/or packaging intact with all labels and bar-codes on it. After inspection and approval the value of the purchased item will be added to your account for future purchases.
  • Who pays for the shipping charges, when I return an item? In case the item you received is damaged or defective, markaz will pay for the shipping charges. If item is neither damaged nor defect returns are only accepted in one of our stores
    in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact within 3 DAYS from the day your order is delivered.
